Pav Bhaji Recipe | How to make Pav Bhaji | Mumbai style Pav Bhaji.

Pav Bhaji is the most liked street food of Mumbai, Pav Bhaji recipe can be easily prepared at home very quickly. Anytime you make lunch or serve pav bhaji, you and your family will like it very much.

Ingredients for Mumbai Pav Bhaji Recipe:-

  • Boiled Potatoes – 3 (300 grams)
  • Tomatoes – 6 (400 grams)
  • Capsicum – 1 (100 grams)
  • Cauliflower – 1 cup Chopped (200 grams)
  • Peas – 1/2 cup
  • Coriander – 3 -4 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • butter – 1/2 cup (100g)
  • ginger paste – 1 tsp.
  • Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
  • turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
  • Powdered bhaji masala – 2 spoon
  • Red chili – 1 small spoon –
  • salt- 1.5 tsp or as per taste

To make Pav Bhaji, wash the cabbage well and chop it finely. Allow the cabbage and peas to cook in a pan and cover them till they become soft. Peel the potatoes, finely chop the tomatoes, and prepare the finely chopped by removing the capsicum seeds. After cooking, turn off the gas.

Heat a pan, add 2 tablespoon butter and melt it, add ginger paste and green chilies and fry it lightly. Now add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and capsicum and mix it and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Mash it well by adding cabbage and peas.

The vegetable is mashed well, now break the potatoes by hand and add salt, red chili, and pav bhaji masala, mash the bhaji with the help of a masher. Rte while Thodih Collect ripe late. Add half a cup of water and water as required, make the vegetable lightly thin, and cook it while stirring the vegetable till the vegetable starts to look like a little shaken.

A little green coriander and 1 teaspoon butter in the vegetable Puts and mix. Bhaji is ready, take it out in a bowl and garnish with butter and green coriander. Such a bread knife to cut through it to be connected to the other side.

Pour some butter on the pan and pour pav over it and cook it slightly on both sides. Take out the roasted pavs in a plate and similarly prepare all the pavs as well. Serve hot pav bhaji and eat it.

Kumar Pav Bhaji Corner in Krishna Nagar Delhi.#Bestpavbhaji

Kumar Pav Bhaji is Super famous for its pavbhaji, I had heard a lot about this place. I went to the place to have their pav bhaji and almost the tables were loaded with pav bhaji. I also tried their pavbhaji and wanted to try vada pav but eventually, it was not available at that time. But i would like to add something that pav was filled with butter and flavors i can say that very easily the best pav I ever tried in Delhi for sure

The bhaji was not too spicy. It was loaded with butter which I liked the most. The pav was also well crisped and was buttery. One thing that is not to be forgotten that the pav was coated in some spice which was really delicious and drooling. Overall the pav bhaji was tasty and was served with chopped tomato and cucumber as a salad. I will definitely try more of their menu. The nearest metro station is welcome and Krishna Nagar and from there you can take rickshaw which will cost you around 10 per person

Service of Kumar pav bhaji:

The service was very good and all the workers were very polite. They asked me twice that I need something or not. I liked the most that the table was non-sticky as well as clean. I really liked their service but yaa for sure that was a crowded place.

Must Recommend dishes:

  • vada pav but it is only available in the morning.
  • pulavo or biryani
  • misal pav.

TIMINGS:

8 AM TO 2 PM AND 5 PM TO 10 PM

price:

The price was RS 70 but it cost me rs 100 as I took an extra pav which cost me around rs 30

NOTE: They use Amul butter which is the best thing as it increases the taste.
