cafeteria and co. Hudson lane Delhi is One of the most beloved places for all the foodies in the locality, this place has something for everyone as it’s not only for students but also perfect for family outings. It has a vast menu of dishes, mostly from Continental and Mexican cuisines. The interiors are beautifully decorated with eye-catchy colors and the ambiance is very cheerful. Recommended: Paneer Tikka, Green Yogurt Kebab, and Burgers.

In this cafe, I tasted the brain freezer, and trust me it was very good. we can say that the brain freezer is rich in mint taste as well as perfect food hack to beat Delhi heat.

Cafeteria and co. serves different kind of food . cafeteria and co. have different cuisine such as Italian, chines, continental, etc.

cafeteria and co. Specialty

this cafe has some mouth-watering dishes such as their pizza, burgers, and drinks. I thought this place would be the really quiet one in the area. I have heard a lot about this cafe but there was a lot of chaos literally and so much of crowd. Though the staff was really polite and the service was fast too. I didn’t like the fresh fruit salad much, it felt a little blank but The chicken tikka was amazing.
In the drinks, we had Bahama breeze which was nice and had a good guava flavor but the pink lemonade was just avg.

cafeteria and co. vibes

It plays loud music so if you are a party animal this place is for you for sure so if you are searching for a cafe in Hudson lane than for sure you can go to the cafeteria and co.

so next time whenever you go to the Hudson lane. you should try the brain freezer. I personally love it and hope so you will also love it.

Uttrakhand is my home city so I usually travel to Uttrakhand every year. Uttrakhand is also known as dev bhumi as due to a large number of Hindu temples and pilgrimage centres found throughout the state. In Uttrakhand, you can visit beautiful places such as Dehradun, Nainital, Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Kedarnath, Almora, Kausani, Pithoragarh.

Nainital in the Kumaon hills maintains pleasant weather throughout the year except for the winter months. The temperature is mild at any time but in winters it becomes very cold. The climate of Nainital is very relaxing during the summers. The best time to visit the place is between March to July and then again in December as you can celebrate the new year with your family but be prepared with your hotel bookings. The months of January to March are marked by snowfall but it’s not 100% sure that the snowfall will happen it’s completely based on your luck. you should have warm clothes with you, this unique hill resort can otherwise be visited at any time of the year.

Almora Known for its cultural diversity and high court, Almora is a bewitching hill station which is situated at an average elevation of 1,638 metres above sea level and is spread across a 5-kilometre long ridge on Kashyap Hill. Surrounded by the dwindling pines and old oaks, the city has a divine natural aura that is enough to allure anyone and everyone. To make the scenery even more mesmerizing, the snow-capped . 2-Min recipes

To make the sauce, put the peanut butter into a bowl and place over boiling water for 10 minutes to soften.

Remove from the heat and whisk in the chili sauce and sugar. Gradually, add both the oils until the sauce is the right consistency for pouring, depending on the peanut butter, you may not need all the oil.

Poach the chicken breasts for about 10 minutes (until cooked through) in the stock, then drain and keep to one side.

Peel the carrot and cut into shreds, about 2cm long, then cut the spring onions to the same size, using the green and the white. Cut the cucumber into 2cm lengths, leaving the skin on. Thinly slice lengthways and cut into matchstick shapes, discarding the seeds. Arrange the vegetables on a serving dish and place the chicken on top.

Then pour the sauce generously over the chicken and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Serve with some Chinese noodles and stir-fried vegetables.

Delhi, India’s capital territory in this regular world known as “Dilli”. Dilli has brilliant and delicious, from street food to different cuisine. Street food shows the historic culture and taste of the state which represents it as the” Capital of the country”. So I am going to tell you about Fateh ki kachori.

This man has a small handcart (thela) since the ’90s. My mom used to eat every alternate day at her school days at 2 paise. Now I come here at least once a month. So, he sells kachori with masala chickpeas and toppings with chopped onions, two types of chatnis i.e meethi chatni(sweet imli sauce) and green coriander chatni with their special masala.

Fateh serves in a small dry leaf bowl with two kachoris. It has a very delicious taste which costs Rs.25/- per plate and the timings are from 11:30 a.m- 3:30 pm. People have so much craze to eat this tasty kachori because of its delicious chatni and kachori. Another branch of this shop is near St. Stephens School. Do come here, this place serves a very good kachori that you will not find anywhere. If you want to taste something new, different, tasty, and sasta(cheap) than this is the right place for you.
