Idli Recipe, how to make delicious idli at home | Rice Idli.

Ingredients for Idli:-

  • Rice – 3 cups

How to make Dal Idli:-

  • Clean the urad dal and rice, wash and soak them in water separately for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove the extra water from the urad dal and grind it finely using less water, rice Remove the excess water from it and using a little water, grind it a little thicker, mix both of them and prepare such a thick solution that when falling with a spoon, it should not fall as a sharp edge.
  • To ferment the mixture, add salt and baking soda as per taste, cover it and keep it in a warm place for 12-14 hours, the fermented mixture doubles as before. Mixture for making idlis is ready.

Make Idli:

  • Stir the mixture with a spoon, if it seems too thick then add some water. If you have a traditional utensil for making idli then it is very good .. Otherwise, you can make idlis in idli maker and pressure cooker too.
  • I also make Idli in a pressure cooker. Put two small glasses of water (500 grams of water) in the pressure cooker and keep it on the gas for heating.
  • Take out the idli stand, clean it, apply oil in the idlis mines and smooth it. Fill equal quantity in the Idli stand mines with a spoon, fill all the food and put them in the Idli stand.
  • To cook idlis, place the stand in the cooker. Close the lid of the cooker, do not whistle over the lid. Let the idli cook for 9-10 minutes on a rapid flame.
  • Turn off the gas Idlis are cooked. Open the pressure cooker, take out the idlis stand, separate the grooves, cool and with the help of a knife take out the idli and place it on a plate.
  • Idlis are ready, serve hot idli with hot sambar and coconut chutney and peanut chutney and eat.

Idli Fry Recipe:

  • You eat idlis with sambar, coconut chutney or peanut sauce. Sometimes there is more idli made, which is stored in the refrigerator for the next day.
  • The idlis kept in the fridge reduces the humidity and it gets a little dry. They do not like to eat with chutney. We make Idli Fry from these Idlis.
  • To make Idlis Fry, put 1-2 tablespoons of oil in the pan, after tempering a little mustard, 1-2 green chili chopped, a little ginger chopped, 5-6 Fry curry leaves, add peanuts or coconut chutney, a little water, salt to taste and chopped idlis and fry for 2-3 minutes while stirring with a spoon.
  • You can also add chopped tomatoes if you want. Just take them out in a bowl, garnish with chopped coriander, take the fried fried idlis is ready. After eating it, tell me how it was made.

  • Wheat Flour – 300 grams
  • Paneer – 200 grams
  • green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
  • ginger – 1-inch long piece (grated)
  • Chili powder – half a teaspoon
  • oil or ghee
  • salt as per taste

How to make Paneer Paratha:-

  • Sieve the flour and take it out in a vessel. Put half a teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of oil in the flour. Knead a soft dough with the help of lukewarm water.
  • Grate the cheese. Mix green chili, ginger, green coriander, coriander powder, red pepper powder, and salt. This paneer pithy is ready to be filled in the paratha.
  • Place it on the gas and heat it. Break a little dough from the dough, (make a lemon) into round balls. Put the dough in dry flour (paratha) and roll it into a 3-inch diameter round.
  • Take out 2 teaspoons of paneer from the pithy and keep it on the rolled paratha. After lifting the parantha from all around, close the pithy.
  • Enlarge this paneer filled ball with the help of palm and fingers, it is called making chakli/. Roll out the Chakloi into a diameter of 6-7 inches with the help of a ladle.
  • Put the rolled parantha on a hot pan. Apply ghee on both the sides and flip it till it turns brown. After lifting the paratha from the pan, keep the kitchen napkin paper on a plate.
  • Prepare all the paranthas in this way. Serve with hot pan parathas, potato pea sabzi, raita, chutney, and your favorite vegetable and eat it.

Aloo Paratha Recipe, how to make aloo k paratha | Aloo ke paratha.

Aloo paratha is a food of Punjab and North India. A breakfast of potato paratha with chutney and butter is considered best during the cold days. In the evening, potato parathas are very good with green coriander chutney and raita. Let’s start making potato parathas.

Serving 4 to 5 people.

Ingredients for Aloo ka paratha:-

To make flour:

  • Wheat flour – 400 gms (4 cups)
  • Oil – 1 table

For stuffing:

  • Potatoes – 400 gms (6-7 medium-sized)
  • coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Small spoon garam masala
  • one fourth teaspoon amchur powder
  • one-fourth teaspoon green chili
  • 2 ginger
  • 1-inch toasted coriander
  • 2 -3 tbsp finely grated salt

How to make Aloo Paratha:

  • First, boil the potatoes, put potatoes and a glass of water in the cooker and put them on the gas and after one whistle, let the potatoes boil on low flame for 1-2 minutes, turn off the gas and cooker After the pressure is extinguished, take out the potatoes from the cooker.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of ghee or oil to the flour and mix one-fourth teaspoon of salt. With the help of water knead soft dough. Cover the dough for 15-20 minutes to set. Peel and boil the boiled potatoes and finely chop them.
  • Add salt, red chili, garam masala, mango powder, coriander powder, green chilies, ginger, and green coriander. Mix the spices well in the potatoes.
  • This potato pithy is ready to be filled in the paratha. Divide this Pitha into 12 equal portions, make 12 equal balls of dough.
  • Roll each ball with the help of a rolling pin, pour some oil on the rolled paratha and put a portion of potatoes in it, lift the paratha from all the sides and close it.
  • Flatten by pressing with fingers. Roll it out into a diameter of 8 -9 inches with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Put the griddle on the gas, when the griddle is hot, apply a little oil on the griddle and put the rolled paratha on the hot griddle, flip the paratha from the bottom when it is roasted from the other side, apply oil on the upper side and roast the paratha on the other side. Apply oil too.
  • While giving light pressure all around with a spoon or a spoon, roast the paranthas on both the sides till they get crispy, brown spots. Likewise, roast all the parathas.
  • Parathas are ready.
  • Serve these parathas with butter, green coriander chutney, pea butter or curd.

Pav Bhaji Recipe | How to make Pav Bhaji | Mumbai style Pav Bhaji.

Pav Bhaji is the most liked street food of Mumbai, Pav Bhaji recipe can be easily prepared at home very quickly. Anytime you make lunch or serve pav bhaji, you and your family will like it very much.

Ingredients for Mumbai Pav Bhaji Recipe:-

  • Boiled Potatoes – 3 (300 grams)
  • Tomatoes – 6 (400 grams)
  • Capsicum – 1 (100 grams)
  • Cauliflower – 1 cup Chopped (200 grams)
  • Peas – 1/2 cup
  • Coriander – 3 -4 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • butter – 1/2 cup (100g)
  • ginger paste – 1 tsp.
  • Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
  • turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
  • Powdered bhaji masala – 2 spoon
  • Red chili – 1 small spoon –
  • salt- 1.5 tsp or as per taste



To make Pav Bhaji, wash the cabbage well and chop it finely. Allow the cabbage and peas to cook in a pan and cover them till they become soft. Peel the potatoes, finely chop the tomatoes, and prepare the finely chopped by removing the capsicum seeds. After cooking, turn off the gas.

Heat a pan, add 2 tablespoon butter and melt it, add ginger paste and green chilies and fry it lightly. Now add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and capsicum and mix it and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Mash it well by adding cabbage and peas.

The vegetable is mashed well, now break the potatoes by hand and add salt, red chili, and pav bhaji masala, mash the bhaji with the help of a masher. Rte while Thodih Collect ripe late. Vegetable Frankie, fill the stuffing made by mixing your favorite vegetables and paneer in a very soft roti or paratha, turning it in a special way, everyone will like it very much.

Ingredients for Vegetable Frankie recipe

  • To prepare the dough,
  • wheat flour – 1 cup of flour – 1 cup of
  • oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – half a teaspoon
  • Indian ghee – 2-3 tablespoons on bread or paratha. –
  • 200 grams, chopped cabbage in small pieces
  • – 1 cup finely chopped green peas
  • – 1 cup oil – 2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • – half a teaspoon of hing
  • – 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • – 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • – 1 small Mmchri pepper
  • – 1-2 chopped ginger
  • – 1-inch slice, grate the green coriander
  • – 2 tbsp finely chopped chilli powder
  • – 1/4 small Salt – half a little more (to taste and spoon)

 How to make Kathi Roll Vegetarian Recipe


Take out wheat flour and refined flour in a big vessel, add salt and oil and mix it. With the help of lukewarm water, knead a soft dough by adding a little water (kneading this amount of dough is less than 1 cup of water).

Cover the dough and keep it for 20 minutes, the dough will be set to flowering, prepare the stuffing by the time the dough is ready. Put half the oil in the pan and heat it, when the oil is hot, add the peas, peas Roast for 1-2 minutes until it becomes slightly soft and cover and cook for 1 minute, take out the roasted peas in a bowl.

Wrap the flour of the flour in dry flour and place it on a plate, roll it into a thin round 8-10 inch diameter, and place the rolled roti on a hot griddle.

 Ingredients for Aloo Samosa Recipe:

  • Refined flour – 2 cups (250 grams)
  • ghee – 1/4 cup (60 grams)
  • salt – 1/2 teaspoon (as per taste) to make pithy for filling in samosas.
  • Potatoes – 400 grams (4 medium-sized potatoes)
  • green Peas – 1/2 cup (if you want)
  • Cashew nuts – 10 -12 (if you want)
  • Raisins – 25 -30 (if you want)
  • Green chilies – 2-3 finely chopped
  • Ginger – 1-inch long piece ( Grate)
  • coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • coriander powder – 1 teaspoon of
  • garam masala – 1/4 small teaspoon
  • amchur powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt- according to taste
  • oil for deep fry

Method For Making Indian Samosa:

First of all, keep the potatoes boiling. Add ghee and salt to the flour, mix well. Knead a little hard dough with the help of lukewarm water. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 – 20 minutes to set.

Prepare the Pitti for filling in the samosas. Peel the boiled potatoes, and break them finely by hand. Heat a pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil, mix ginger, green chili and green peas in hot oil, mix, cover and let it cook for 2 minutes, the green peas will become slightly soft.

Add finely broken potatoes, add salt, green chilies, green coriander, coriander powder, garam masala, mango powder, raisins, and cashews, and mix until well combined. Pithi is ready for filling in samosas.

Make 7 to 8 balls of equal size from the dough. Take a ball and roll it into a diameter of about 8 – 10 inches. The whole of the rolled should remain slightly thick. Cut the rolled puri into two equal parts with the help of a knife.


Fold one part into a triangle (make sure to stick both ends with water while making the triangle, the method of making the triangle can be seen from the video). After filling the Pitha, put a plate in the back edge, let both the top edges cool with the help of water. See the size of the samosas is right. Likewise, prepare all the samosas.

To fry the samosas, put oil in a pan and heat it. Put 4-5 samosas in the hot oil and fry till it turns brown, the gas flame remains medium while frying the samosas. Take out the samosas from the pan and place them on a napkin paper, lying on a plate. Fry all the samosas in the same way. The hot samosas are ready. Serve and eat samosas with green coriander chutney and sweet chutney.

Suggestion for making a perfect shape samosa:

Ghee is added at the time of kneading the samosa flour, instead, oil can also be added. If you want, do not add dry fruit. If you wish, small pieces of paneer can be fried till it becomes light brown.
